I was almost going to give the breakfast burrito a 10/10, but the potatoes inside were WAY too crunchy, to the point it felt like they'd break your teeth... But otherwise, good portion size for the price and SOOO close to being a 5/5."

Jul 18, 2026"Heritage Coffeehouse is a local coffeehouse located in Redding California. Known for its locally Roasted coffee, they knock it out of the park in terms of coffee is concerned. Not only is their coffee good, their food is pretty tasty also! I was at their Churn Creek location today and tried their Super Cali fresh sandwich which comes with a chipotle sauce, avocado, herbed chicken, cherry tomatoes, micro greens, pickled onions topped with a balsamic glaze and nestled on top a buttery croissant with a side of freshly cut fruit and I washed it all down with a cappuccino. The sandwich was light and very fresh with a burst of various flavors. I'm a huge supporter of locally owned business and Heritage Coffeehouse has a very strong "Heritage" in focusing their love of Coffee with connection! Other then cultivating great coffee and food they pride themselves in cultivating connection. If you're reading this while traveling through the I-5 corridor or a local just running around town, I highly encourage you to come in and eat some amazing food, drink some amazing coffee and connect with amazing people...Happy Eating Fam!"

Jun 25, 2026"Coffee and matcha were both very good, and the breakfast bowl was delicious. The only downside was that the wait was quite long, especially considering it wasn’t very busy. I was also disappointed by the bakery items. Before ordering a croissant, I specifically asked whether it was freshly baked and was told that it was. Later it became apparent that it was a Costco croissant rather than something baked in-house. When I asked about a bagel, I had a similar suspicion and requested to see it first; the staff showed me a packaged Costco bagel from the back. I don’t mind a café serving Costco pastries, but I do expect honest answers when I ask directly. The drinks and breakfast bowl were great, but the inaccurate information about the croissant left a sour note on an otherwise good visit."
